This release fixes some a bug with printing a few pre-sliced gcodes, namely the evil duckie and fish fob. Basically, these did not print at all due to relative and absolute extrusion mode being reversed.

This release fixes three files that were erroneously set to absolute extrusion mode, while the file was sliced with a relative extrusion mode. The result was that these three files were printing ridiculously under-extruded. It's all good now. Thanks to Joel for reporting this issue!

Affected gcodes:

• Fish fossilz small fob
• EviIDucky rubber
• EviIDucky PLA

This is an aesthetic tweak. Less beeping and moar printing.

• Add a missing M107 command to the gcodes to turn off the fans at the end
• Tweak the calibration scripts and the 1st print to work well together

Minor fix of a front page alignment.
The footer also includes creative commons now.

This version introduces Your First Print to be used together with the Calibrate the 1st Layer script as a part of the JellyBOX build.
